Experience ecstasy.........
This is a deep vibrational sound experience, also referred as a "SOUND BATH".
Simply lie back, close your eyes, and allow the sounds of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls take you away. This meditation is a beautiful, healing vacation from your busy mind that will remove stress, pain, anger and replace it with an inner calm that you didn't even know existed.
Ongoing classes are currently available at the Yucaipa Community Center; and Yucaipa WELLNESS Center.

Please bring a mat, blanket & pillow and arrive 15 min early. Sorry no entry once class begins.
