What we’re about
We want to create spaces where Lesbians feel they belong and they are welcome, a place to join up, meet new friends, and have some fun.
I was and still am someone who struggles with being painfully shy. I hear women say, I don't feel comfortable going because I don't know anyone. I know how difficult it can be to walk up to a group. ( I used to almost faint when as my first job as a bank teller - I had to say hi to approaching customers). We are family, we belong to each other. Look for me if I am hosting, and I will introduce you to others. I also do a weekly newsletter with upcoming hikes, walks, outings, etc. It also provides information on other women's events and has a community bulletin board.
