Learn investing from a local expert with a vast amount of experience in the Pittsburgh market. Alex started investing in 1993. We will review hands on examples, analysis, and start to finish projects. We cover the A B Cs of investing. Most trainers over complicate the process when in fact its very simple. Its definitely not easy but it is simple. You have to stick with and master the basics in order to succeed in this business or any business for that matter. We will learn and discuss the pros and cons of RE investing and by using my experience I can hopefully help you reduce the learning curve pains and losses that are inevitable. Notice I say reduce not eliminate. You will never completely eliminate risk, pain and losses but you can manage them.
