Local Remotely Managed Tech Support with Psinergy
 We are excited to finally announce the Monthly Remote Maintenance service that we've been working on for over 2-years now!
While yes, there are many companies out there that offer a Remote Tech Support Membership, we felt that we needed to create something well-rounded that went above and beyond what "Big Box" Retailers are offering. Additionally, we felt that if we could bring some of the tools from the corporate/business environment (managed system and security updates, error reporting, scheduled optimizations/cleaning, etc), that we could help mitigate some of the common issues users experience without having to bring their computers in.

It's 2019... Pricing Updates & Other Stuff
 One of the things that happens from time to time is you have to look at your prices for products and services. Most businesses adjust this towards the end of the year (some various times a year) and it can be a nerve-wracking process for many smaller businesses. Local businesses often wonder "will our customers be mad?", "Am I keeping my prices reasonable?", "Will customers keep coming?". Even with all these questions and stress of going through this, it helps to ensure that the business is able to keep moving forward and continuing to serve their clients/customers for years to come.
The last time the tech branch of our company adjusted prices was in 2014 when we moved into the Como location, and the health branch's last adjustment was in 2017. With all the issues that came up in 2018 (having to move the business twice, increase commercial lease rates metro-wide, inflation, etc), we had little other choice but to make some adjustments to allow us to continue to provide the high level of service that our customers have grown accustomed to and that we expect of ourselves to give.
So, why are we explaining all of this out in the open?
We're not putting this out there to "explain" ourselves, to "justify" our prices, or for a "pity party". One big aspect of putting this out there: we're not the only local, small business that goes through this, and there are many local businesses (not just restaurants and craft breweries) out there that need their community's attention and patronage on a consistent basis. One huge way to help support a local business... leave reviews online for them, tell people about them (word of mouth advertising is still huge), share their website on social media, or read and share the publications they are in.
The Adjustments
We worked on keeping all of the prices reasonable and still in line with other similar local businesses. Most Tech Bring-to-Us prices went up $5 to $10/service, which is actually a little lower than inflation during that time period. One price actually went down $30. With the Health Branch, all product prices are remaining at MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing). Most service prices increased $1 to $10 for the specific service. Also, new member rates did change and now memberships include Unlimited Member Bonus Sessions in the month instead of a limited number (note: if you currently have a membership, your pricing did not change). The biggest reason why we changed the Bonus sessions from a limited number each month to unlimited is, with the Bonus Sessions there are beneficial ones (like the Sound Therapy: Immune Support) that are really nice to utilize every few days when something pops up. We didn't want someone to worry if they have the account credits, or if they can afford an extra bonus session. Bottom line is... we really don't like to see people suffering through things that can be helped. If we could, honestly, SchaOn would work for free, though... that's just not how our reality is set up at the moment.
